Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a Goal and Solutions Focus 

Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help can make things better. We care about your well-being and will work with you to understand yourself, your thoughts and behaviors, and your unique strengths and weaknesses. Together we will develop a plan to find your path towards happiness, positive interpersonal relationships and appropriate life goals. Our therapeutic approach to individual therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT. Our approach is also goal oriented, practical, and action based. We work with clients to help them understand and change negative thinking patterns that lead to ineffective behaviors. Clients seeking individual therapy with us should be willing to work through their problems, and be motivated to make goals and necessary changes to lead more fulfilling lives. 

Each therapy session is 45 min. There are no minimum or maximum number of sessions. We will work with you in deciding what is appropriate for your specific situation and goals. Each session is $225. 

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Due to our primary focus of providing evaluations, we are only able to take a few clients at a time for therapy services. Most often we refer clients to trusted local mental health professionals for therapeutic interventions.
